We want you (and your pup) to love your TailJoy purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase required.

• We cannot accept returns for items damaged by pets due to misuse.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at support@tailjoy.com with your order number.

• We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days.
